Youth and Women Empowerment

Youth and Women Empowerment

Empowering youth and women is central to TOTOL’s work, recognizing their key roles in resilient communities. Our programs provide skills and education to drive social change, economic development, and long-term independence.

Key Projects:

Advancing Women's Literacy and Education:

Our program in Raqqa focuses on increasing literacy among youth and women, thus enhancing their educational attainment and enabling them to take on more significant roles within their communities.

Empowering Youth:

Capacity Building Program: In Raqqa, we’ve provided youth and women with digital and language training, equipping them for future employment opportunities and enabling them to be proactive members of their communities. Improving the employability and broadening the skill sets of participants, which is crucial for the modern workforce.

Active Women Leadership Initiative:

In Ar-Raqqa, we train women in vocational skills based on their interests and the market needs, empowering them for economic independence and encouraging entrepreneurship.

Empowering Female Farmers:

At Al-Harir Farm in Ar-Raqqa, we support women farmers with modern irrigation systems and trainings on modern agricultural techniques, thereby promoting sustainable agricultural practices, enhancing food security and empower them economically.

TOTOL is committed to removing arriers to youth and women's participation in societal and economic development. Through education, training, and livelihood support, we empower them to lead, innovate, and sustain their families and communities.
