Community Development & Support
Our programs promote social integration, support returnees, and mobilize communities to improve shared spaces, enhancing quality of life and strengthening bonds. TOTOL believes resilient communities are built through unity and supporting the most vulnerable.
Key Projects:

Volunteer Month:
Rehabilitation of the Traffic Park: This project engages local volunteers to revitalize public spaces in Raqqa, such as the Traffic Park. By involving community members in the upkeep and beautification of their environment, we promote a sense of pride and collective responsibility, promoting social cohesion and community spirit.

White Hands Initiative:
In Ar-Raqqa, this initiative focuses on reintegrating war-affected women through social integration and violence reduction. By addressing the needs of women impacted by conflict, this program helps restore their roles in society and promotes their active participation in community life.

Reintegration Support for the Returnees:
We provide multi sectorial assistance to families returning to Ar-Raqqa by securing safe and sustainable housing in Ar-Raqqa City. This support not only offers them a stable foundation to rebuild their lives but also integrates sustainability plans that ensure their long-term well-being and integration into the community.

Establishment of the North East Syria Youth Empowerment Network (NESYEN):
TOTOL launched NESYEN to connect and empower youth in North East Syria. The project offers leadership training, capacity-building workshops, and discussion forums, enabling young people to drive positive change and foster unity, shared purpose, and social responsibility.
