Livestock and Animal Husbandry
In Al-Thawrah in Western Ar-Raqqa, TOTOL’s Livestock and Animal Husbandry programs are key in improving the livelihoods and well-being of rural communities. Through sustainable practices, we enhance both the health of livestock and the economic stability of the families that depend on them.
Key Projects:

Livestock Health Initiative: Brucellosis Vaccination Program:
With good understanding of the interconnected health of animals and humans, we launched a vaccination program against Brucellosis. This initiative not only protects livestock from debilitating disease but also prevents potential zoonotic health crises, safeguarding entire communities.

Animal Husbandry Support Program:
Our support extends beyond disease prevention to include fodder provision and the cultivation of nutritious clover. These efforts are designed to enhance the overall health and productivity of livestock, directly enhancing the sustainability and resilience of local farming practices and support for livestock breeders.

Livestock Protection Initiative:
Recognizing the threat of livestock diseases, we initiated a comprehensive vaccination campaign to combat the spread of plague and other diseases. This proactive measure is crucial in maintaining the vitality of the region’s livestock, which forms the economic cornerstone of many farming communities.
